Conditions / Guidelines Hajj Packages

1 . GENERAL INFORMATION 

• Carter Hajj flights Economy Class, departing from KLIA only. 
• Teacher mentoring program by religious pilgrims experienced in the office and in every hotel Andalusia.

Mecca / Medina 

• Visiting Program in Mecca and Medina. 
• Guidance during the course of Tawaf and Sa'ie (On arrival) 
• Special briefing before departure. 
• Family Takaful special protection. (Subject to approval Takaful Malaysia).

Age range 18-65 years 

• Accommodation air-conditioned hotel in Mecca, Medina. 
• Malay meal prepared in Mecca and Medina. 
• Catering in Arafat and Mina will be operated by Saudi authorities. 
• Air-conditioned bus transportation provided by muasasah. 
• 5x free umrah. 
• Experienced Force served 24 hours. 
• Staff ratio of 1:50 pilgrims.

2 . REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT PACKAGE PRICE . 

• Choose category pilgrimage package to fill out and sign the form.

3 . GENERAL MATTERS BEFORE DEPARTURE 

• The company provides group insurance coverage. The pilgrims are advised to seek additional personal insurance policy. 
• Passport, plane ticket and boarding pass will be given during the course of registration dikompleks TH, Kelana Jaya or (place will be notified later) . 
• Gift items will be selected and assigned after deposit payment.

4 . EXEMPTION OF RESPONSIBILITY 

• The company is not responsible for the Force Majeure such as accidents, natural disasters, fire, riot, war, storm, earthquake or whatever is happening is not in control and power companies.

5 . TRAVEL SCHEDULE CHANGE AND CANCELLATION 

• All pilgrims hajj package provided flight schedules go / back in the day appointed. 
• Applications for change of the current flight schedule is subject to the Holy Land
• Vacancy and approval from the authorities of Saudi Arabia and the Malaysian Pilgrims Fund Managers, Congregation is considered out of service Hajj Packages original company if:

• Want to Medina sooner or later. 
• Want to go back to Malaysia earlier or later than the original schedule of trips. And vehicle requirements rental property for the new date will require an extra charge (Liability Cabinet) that relatively high amounts, depending on the needs of the current situation. Cancellation subject to TH conditions and Andalusia.
